It is safe to say that 2020 was the year of missed opportunities and missed milestones. With milestone birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, celebrations and family get together’s all passing by with no celebration with family and friends. Why not make 2021 the year of ‘double celebrations’!

Blessingbourne Estate is situated just outside the lovely village of Fivemiletown, 30 minutes from both Omagh and the Sperrin Mountains and Enniskillen and the stunning Fermanagh Lakelands. The Estate itself is 550 acres in size and includes a private lake and a working farm with horses, cows, goats and even a few peacocks roaming around the grounds.
Our 300 year old Coach House is located in the Courtyard area of our Estate and is the perfect space for small Wedding Parties, Birthday celebrations or anniversary parties and is available to hire to guests. With exposed brickwork, a woodburning stove and a functioning catering kitchen, it is a lovely blend of traditional stylish decor with modern fittings for comfort.
A popular option for some of our guests is to hire a Marquee to extend the Coach House and transform the event space into an outdoor paradise. This is a fabulous option for a summer BBQ and we can recommend some delicious options for catering including government food trucks and woodfired pizza vans.
Our newest renovation at Blessingbourne is our now well loved ‘Long Barn’. This versatile space can be stylishly transformed into a beautiful fairytale Wedding Reception Space or alternatively it can be decorated for milestone birthdays and a range of other special occasions.
The accommodation on the Estate consists of 6 separate units sleeping 24-26 guests. Our most popular product is our beautiful 5 star Gate Lodge, a quaint little three bedroom cottage situated at the entrance of the Estate beside our own private lake, Lough Fadda.
Moving on to our 300 year old courtyard area, you will find four Apartments, Holly, Ivy, Cherry and Laurel which each have two bedrooms and sleep 4/5 and finally our Stables Apartment which has one bedroom, sleeping up to 3. All Apartments are self-catering and have kitchens, living/dining areas and private bathrooms. We have recently been awarded the prestigious Northern Ireland Tourism Award for Best Self-Catering Accommodation in Northern Ireland.
